In NIgeria today all the banks have introduced the ATM machines and POS terminals everywhere in the country. But is e- cards all about only withdrawals? I want people to say what they think of a site were we can buy and pay for goods in our own currency. Banks like Ecobank, Intercontinetal, Zenith etc all have the mastercards that are already pre loaded with the dollars; what i am tring to say here is that.
If we are made to shop with a preload card in dollars then foreigners should be made to do so, that way we get to strengthen the NARIA.
